Reservations

Reservations are held with the provision of a valid credit card number. At the time of booking, the credit card will be charged for a one-night stay, including the accompanying taxes.

Cancellation &
Refund Policy

A $25 cancellation fee will be applied to all canceled reservations. The reservation holder is responsible for all nights rented. The deposit, minus the cancellation fee is refundable with a 10-day prior notification of cancellation or if the room can be re-rented. For a partial cancellation, the reservation holder is responsible for payment of days canceled unless a 10-day notification is given or if re-rental occurs.
